Dr. Chase Johnson was born and raised in West Plains, MO and is a graduate of West Plains High School. He received his BS degree in Life Science and his Doctor of Chiropractic degree both from Logan University in St. Louis, Missouri. Dr. Johnson returned to West Plains in 2013 to begin serving the West Plains area with chiropractic care. He continues to further his education and loves to learn new and improved techniques constantly. Dr. Johnson lives in West Plains with his wife, Stephanie, son, Carter, daughter, Riley, and dog, Rocky. He enjoys traveling, hiking, fishing, and spending time with his family. Dr. Johnson is also a very avid sports fan and especially enjoys the St. Louis Cardinals and St. Louis Blues.
